My father and his three brothers divided property in four parts. My Grand Father is alive.  All brothers decided to pay Rs.800 per month to my grand father. They all wrote down on stamp paper and made an agreement for property partition and paying 800 per month. And was decided that one will not pay who will look after  grand father and grand mother.
So my father is looking after and only one of my Uncle is paying  decided money per month. And all three people is saying that partition will be again because they feel that in their share property is not good. Partiion was done by coupon draw. But my father is not agree to do partition again.
Please advise what legal action I can take for the payment they are not making and what I can do if my father is not agree for partitioni again?
