Grandfather self acquired property is not ancestral property in the hands of grandchildren especially when the property is inherited by his sons.
Advocate Bhartesh goyal (advocate) 30 October 2025
No,questioned land is not ancestral property and grand son can not claim any share in property during lifetime of his father.

"my friend grandfather had 23 bhega agri land.he died last year" How?
kavksatyanarayana (subregistrar/supdt.(retired)) 30 October 2025
The same query, in other words (with some changes), is a repeated query and replied to.
Dr. J C Vashista (Advocate ) 31 October 2025
No reply for a repeated story.
Repititon of same story, which has already been adequately responded / advised by learned experts, is waste of time and efforts as well as absurd.
