Can any body suggest me how to approach consumer court against Airtel.
Issue is as below.
I was using Airtel service since 2007, in the month of November 2010 I got extra charged Rs. 900 for a call which actually I have not used. the next day itself I called customer care center and complained about wrong billing and asked them to stop servises and I stopped using that number.
they discussed regarding this for three months and they disconnected after three months.
now harrassing for the payment of three months for wich I have not used and calling all my relatives and friends 24X7 and harrasing for payment of Rs.3000 and sending messages to all my friends and relatives contact numbers saying as I am fraud.
Please suggest.
