Agriculture land dispute

Sir,

We have brought a piece of agricultural land from A in year 2000, (including adults and minors holding) a patta land and we have been cultivating the land for past 4 years and the land is fenced with barred wire also the land is registered on our patta. We brought the land, by checking at the subregister office and taking legal opionion from the lawyers and on bank loan. In 2004 we received a legal notice from B who has entered a sale agreement with A in the year 1997 on a stamp paper. And B has gone to court. As per our sale deed with A, we have made it clear that there was no obligation on the part of A and the titles are clear and if any litigation come on later date they will stand by us and fight in the court on our behalf. When we received a legal notice from B we approached A and asked what the matter was. As per them it is normal practice to receive a loan from the lender with writing a sale deed and on repayment they return the sale deed back. And they told us not to worry as they will approach the court and fight on our behalf. As non resident we left the matter with A and The party A did not represent us properly in the court (munsib court) and the matter went in the favour of B in the year 2010. Again we approached and engaged our own lawyer and took a stay from the munsib court telling the judge that we were improperly represented and the case be heard again. The Judge gave a stay and now it is has not come for hearing for the past 6 years. It is being adjourned every month. Can any of the honouralbe lawyers say something on this matter. The land is still in our procession and we are cultivating it.
