Dear all, after my mother"s father death, agriculture land was decreed to all daughters, sons and also to grand mother by district court, and every got registration and also katha was issued. Now the land was acquired by other man saying that it was sold long back 15 years, after that all daughters went to police station to seek protection to get there land back, when ever these daughters go to land that man use to come with few rowdies from sc st caste to threat these daughters, even in police station sub ibspector told not go land, bring injection order than police will help you even after seeing the court orders. Now how to vacate this opposition, 40 thousand already paid to lawyer for injection order, but he is saying some enquires are there in AC court, we are unable to understand, after court order can any one aquire land, need your kind advise.
