Dear all LCI members.
My self filled 128 against 125 of interim maintenance in High court.Now court decided to come both for mediation on one fixed date.Kindly suggest me what care I take duering mediation and what is the procedure of mediation .Along with 498a/406 and 506 cases are going on with me ?

1. Hon’ble HC is in opinion to see possibility of re-union of parties OR full and final settlements with some mid-way approach between parties themselves.
For the same what could be your truth on possible re-union no one can guide you and for the former, it is your paying capacity to settle all matters, again here no one can give you 1008 page strategy except keep cool and make politely wise decisions with patience keeping wide open eyes and may ask for maximum three more dates including first one.
That is all one can guide you here.
