I am availing services of an advocate to help me obtain Delhi High Court permission (under section 446 of companies act) to proceed with my case in District Consumer Court against a builder co. A winding up petition has been proceeding in the High Court against the builder co. which has been filed by some other party. I filed case in the consumer court prior to the co. petition and my case is at the final stage pending for judgement. My query is how much should be the advocates fee for High court for the said permission. The value of my consumer court case is about Rs.8 lakhs.
