Additional maintenace charges

My Residential Co-Operative Soc. has collected additional maintenance charges from the members .But some of the members have not paid the same. Because they need the maintenance expenses as actual. I have already paid and know I need refund of the same.

Soc. have not taken any action for those who have not paid.

This charges are collected quarterly & have decided to collect life time

Please suggest what can I do in this regard.Should I continue to pay for future.What is the best way.

Maintenance expenses will be decided in the general body meeting. If any doubts are there in the calculation raise the same in the meeting and get it solved then and there. or else you can give complaint to the registrar of socieities for injustice.

These issues are generally clarified and resolved in the AGMs or special meeting of the society/association, you may raise the same in that forum, if you do not find any justified explanation, you may think about further course of action whether legal or otherwise.
