accusing of false rape

I had met this girl over some online application, after few month of talking we decided to met for a drink , then after few weeks we met again this time late night went for a drink then came to my house and then she passed out on my bed ,I helped her while she was puking to clean up ,next day she texted me angrily saying I had s*x with her while she was unconscious, and that I raped her but I really did not do anything, she is saying that she will file a complaint against me for rape ! I don't know what to do please help its been 2 days
