Absconded company hr asking to report imm

I worked one month in company then absconded from it for some issue,i have sent resign mail to HR he replied and asked to report immediately but i informed them that due to some company issue i cant, then they informed that we will take legal action if not reported.
after 1 month they have sent me notice through advocate informed that as per offer letter given and also you have signed the non disclouser agreement but i didnt signed such document nor on any bond even i didnt received their offer letter .in ths notice asking to report company or they are taking legal action

So you have not absconded.

On the same email trail, Demand salary slip,payment of earned wages, acknowledgment and acceptance of resignation,FnF statement,payment of FnF dues,PF number and a/c slip,Form16, service certificate, relieving letter .......................

Reply and clarify and demand to supply the copy of allaged offer letter.

Show all docs to a very able counsel specializing in labor/service matter.
