Dear victim friends ,

An interesting news got to read even though the news was quite older but this type of news and judgement need to be come out for every false cases filed by a wife on her husband and in-laws.

A woman who was told to pay Rs. 5 lakhs as a fine/compensation to Husband & in-laws after her false 498A. The whole accused went for rigorous harassment and image turmoil after filing of false 498A by A wife.

So after verdict and in a significant judgment, a local court had imposed a fine of Rs 5 lakh on a woman, who had made a frivolous complaint against her in-laws for dowry.

The Judicial Magistrate said many instances had come to light where the complainants were not bonafide and had been filed with an oblique motive. The magistrate termed the case as a classic example for such an instance.

very gud judgement from lower court hope this could be the eye opener to other lower court judges to fine these 498a wives for their false cases on husbands.

Dear seikhar,

These type of judgements are extraordiniary which comes out once in a blue moon. Even judges and parliamentary administrators know that 498A are the worlds most destructive one sided law exclusively made for destruction of Indian families but then also they are quite.

The only reason is Women's Vote Bank.

Nothing can be done until and unless crores of harassed Indian's and world wide will come with a single purpose to make them erase this draconian law or make it Bailable and non cognizable U/s IPC.

All individuals of this harassed law are thinking only for themselves as what to do? and how to do? and when to do?

when 498a attracts but they not think for other innocents who will be dragged by this section very soon. When they will think about other innocents and have a voluntary thought to fight for others too then automatically one India will roar against these Biased Laws.

Hoping for the same,,, one day ,,,,we shall over come some day......
