It's pity A Lawyer is not cooperating with the Court in the interest of Justice and trying to drag the trail and is unnecessarily consuming the time of the court. How come the same people they can blame their own Justice system in India.

Maybe some lawyers view delaying tactics and prolonging the case as an legal expertise, without realizing that it amounts to grave miscarriage of justice. Hope no lawyers resort to such practise which will only lower the prestige of the Bar.
