The employees should form employees unions, become members of unions,  affiliate with Trade Unions, and rise to defend their rights. Employees have a huge vote bank and if put in united efforts can defend tier rights.

IN case of violations inform o/o Labor Commissioner, factory Inspector, Inspector under (Name of your state) Shops and Commercial Establishments Act………………..media, unions……………….

 

The employees can even make phone calls, emails……………………….and officials have to take Suo Motu notice of such violations………………………….have to act even on anonymous complaints……………
