Whose income can be considered at the time of deciding maintenance.
For Example :-
1.Father's Income :- 25,000/-
2.Mothers's Income :- 25,000/-
3.Brother's Income :- 30,000/-
4. My Income (Husband) - 33000/-
Joint family income 1,13,000.00 is coourt can considered Joint family income or only my income ?
Because everthing is on sharing basis in my family, basically we are living together so my father is managing all the finanancing. I already disposed my savings. no new savings only one small car in my name.
No property etc.
Questions :
1. Whose income can be added at the time of deciding the maintenance ?
2. My Father, Mother and Brother savings can be touched by court or not ?
3. My father mother and brother Bank account lockers etc can be touched etc by court ?
4. My father Mother and Brother assest either property or yellow metal etc ?
5. Please advice for maintenance only me is reponsible or my family as well ?
all are co-respdendents in DV and Maintenance case.
