Traffic challan

Dear Sir,

My challan made by the Khakhi Police at Mulchand at 9.00 pm. on 25.12.2014 but same challan misplace by us. In this regard I have checked every court but records not found in court premises. I have again checked the Thana & PC office at Malviya Nagar, Delhi but could not traceable. In this regard approximately above 9 months have crossed. I could not understand how to take any action in this regard.
