Whether the date of agreement can be before the date of purchase of stamp paper ?
In this case can I draft the agreement as follows :
eg - agreement date : 14.06.2012 date of purchase of stamp paper : 10.01.2014
"This rental agreement comes into force with effect from 14.06.2012"
Please guide me

In my opinion, the rental agreement made on a back date prior to the date of the stamp paper will render it as invalid in law, what is the necessity to do so?, state the facts to guide you properly.
