NOC for construction

After being all the legal documents gram panchayat is demanding 30000 rs for construction NOC, is there any other way to outsmart a NOC?

An NOC is required and issued by the lending Bank (or finance company) to the mortgage borrower in any of the following circumstances:

1) To transfer a loan from one lending institution to another
2) If you want to sell a property which is mortgaged, you would require an NOC to sell or transfer such property on closure of the mortgage loan
3) To change the borrower of the loan - This could happen in certain cases when a co-applicant may be added or due to transfer of the mortgage due to operation of law, marital dispute property partitions, death of the original borrower, etc
4) At the time of closing the loan - If you forget this, it can cause a lot of complications later when you try to deal with the property later


Thanks for replying Vaniska mam, but here I am talking about a ( बांधकाम NOC) for constructing a shop & for that construction I need a NOC & that is to be held under gram panchayat ..

If u are doing construction as per the rules and regulations of government as ur area comes under gram panchayat. After inspection of ur construction site it is the duty of the gram panchayat to issue u a NOC.

Make it clear if the 30000 is a fee or a bribe. 

If it is a bribe teach them a lesson so they wont harass any other common man.
