How to get a copy of affidavit from testamentary dept?

Hi,

I have filed a testamentary petition with h'ble High court. My lawyer has filed an affidavit taking my signature in hurry in front of the authority at dept. I have not seen the affidavit.

How can I get a copy of the affidavit from the testamentary dept? Can I file an application directly in the dept to give me a certified copy?

Kindly suggest. Appreciate your help. It is Bombay high court.
