Gpa - person how to prove if the person is alive

Sir,

Let say Person "A" has given GPA with all right including sales to Person "B" .

Person "B" sell this Property to Person "C" after 13 Years and Person C is in the Positon of that Property for more then 12 Yrs now.

When Person "C" went to loan on Propery there was a question asked if the person A is Alive when the property has been purchased as she has not signed it .

But she is still alive but if we try to get some documents for sure they will ask for some extra money.

In this situtation how to deal with this case .  How can we prove that the person is still alive

Sir,

When the regisrty is validly done in the name of C then why would bank want the signatures of A?

Sir,

First Thanks you for your speedy reply.

Since B has done a valid registration to C . but they are asking for the proof what is the guarenty that A is alive at that time. ?

So with out contacting them is there any other thing that we can do ?

Banks have their own empannelled counsels for legal opinion.

If bank wants soemthing extra then let it conduct its own investigation.

If this bank is unwilling, there might be other that are willing.

Are you aware whether A is still alive and do you know that person's whereabouts?

In case you do, you can just get the latest voter's list from that area and if it still shows that person, you can claim that A is still alive and naturally should have been alive at the time of sale too.
