My father passed away in Feb 2018. He was a tenant in the Pagdi system and the area/house is utilized for the commercial purpose by our father and us two brothers. Now, we are transferring the rent receipt to our mother's name and the landlord has agreed for the same.
What we want to know is (us 2 brothers), after the rent receipt is transferred in the name of our mother, can our mother sell the same tenant area to any other third party? Since she will be contractual tenant owner, then can she do that? Or will she require our signature or anything else to sell the same tenant area? Thanks
