Common seal of co-operative housing society in Maharashtra

What is the common seal for co-op housing society in Maharashtra? Can it be a round rubber stamp or a brass metal engraved common seal, as being used as per Companies Act? The issues arises as the share certificates to be issued. Thanks

1. The common seal of a Society, is the "brass metal engraved common seal", which MUST be embossed on the Society Share Certificates. This seal CANNOT be used on any other document.

2. Society's Rubber Stamp with "Name, Registration no." is used for ALL other documentations /correspondences.
