absconding/leaving company without serving notice period

Dear Team,

We have been facing an issue with some of the employees who are joining the company and leaving in 3-6 months after tehy getting the better offer. They are coming here for a time pass as wherein we are spending lot of money and energy in training the employee and working along wit hthe client.  Because of these kind of employees, we are loosing revenue and it is becoming difficult to get another resource and train him.

I request you to kindly help me out that what has to be mentioned in the offer letter regarding this issue so that the interest of the company shall be protected and at the same time employee will be careful after joining the company.... Request you to provide some suggestion

1). Better employ Robot. 2) With 2/3 majority in both the houses of democracy, amend the law. 3). Employ muscle men with criminal record for intimidating the employees. 4). Pay only such amount which is just sufficient to survive. 5). Don't allow formation of any Union in your Company. 6). Don't issue the appointment letter, employ them on verbal assurance.

Where is your HR Department.?

He is the right person to give a solution to your problem.?



You must ask for security deposits/ checques/ promissory notes or bonds  and execute registerd employment agreements.Verify the actual addresses.
