Court civil suit

Sir, my aunt filed a case on my father regarding a farm in our native place. And now my father is deceased the case now is on my name. Does this civil case affect me from joining any government job? And my passport application or verification??

Quick Summary
A civil suit concerning a family farm has been transferred to your name following your father's passing. You're concerned about its impact on securing government employment or obtaining a passport. Rest assured, a civil case of this nature will not hinder your opportunities for government jobs or affect passport applications and verifications.

No, this is a civil case.

As you are one of the legal heirs to your deceased father, you have been impleaded to continue this case on behalf of your father's interest in this case.

This will not affect your employment opportunities in any manner.
