Hello,
My Father-in-law is a farmer and his name is appearing in 7/12 extract of that land. Based on this can my wife purchase an agriculture land in her name and can 7/12 will be in her name.
I also have query regarding 'reading of combine 7/12 extract

It's necessary that your wife name is also in 7/12 of Agriculture land with your father in law name (Joint name). OR Any agriculture land in your wife name your wife can purchase a agriculture land.
