Hi,
I am working in a small company in dubai. In false 498A case court sent me summon that my company refused to take in my absense and returned it. Postman wrote it as "Not taken/Refused". I am afraid what court will decide? I am willing to go to india to attend the case but is it safe to go now? What precautions should I take before going there?

Though the summons have been returned back due to any reason,bettter attend the adjournment along with a lawyer,nothing is going to happen in doing so.
As U are staying in Dubai U may pray to the court to temporarily exempt U from attending regular proceedings and also mention that U will be attending as as when required by the court.
