These Petitioners A1 to A4 are husband, father in law, mother in law, brother inlaw of the complainant .

The report of  complainant  reads that she was harassed and illtreated by her husband A1 first petitioner and it was encouraged and supported by other petitioners.

Thus there are no specific or individual acts are attributed against the petitioner no 2 to 4. It is all omnibus allegations so we can grant anticipatory bail to petitioner no 2 to 4. i.e A2 to A4 more in the light of their ages and vocation of 4th petitioner/ A4.

But as there are specific overacts are attributed against A1 / 1st petitioner, it is not a fit case to grant bail to him.

Thus this petitioner to the extent of A1 / 1st petitioner is dismissed and to the extent of A2 to A4 -  Petitioners 2 to 4 is allowed.

Hence petitioners 2 to 4 / A2 to A4 are directed to surrender themselves before S.H.O malkajgiri on or before dt 12/8/12, on such surrender on each of them executing a personal bond for Rs 5000/- ( Rupees five thousand ) with two surities each for likesum to the satisfaction of the said S.H.O they are ordered to be released on bail.

Immediately move HC for anticipatory bail as the same has been denied by the Sessions Court. Thereafter you and your family members can file for quash depending upon the allegations in the FIR.
