Almost an year ago we filed quash petition in high court. As my lawyer says due to difficulty in serving notice to state and other similar reasons the case is pushed out for so long.
Now due to changes in roster, the judges are hearing 482 cases only on 3 days a week. My case was was given a date prior to roster change but it felt on a day when bench is not hearing 482. Now almost a month gone no new date is given by high court.
My lawyer says that he cannot do anything on getting date in high court and we have to wait till a date is given to us.
Is there is any other process to get date. can I approach someone in high court to get early date?
