32A form is compulsory or not on 24.11.2001

sir, property is on my father name. he died on 2000. without my knowledge, my elder brother registered /GPA to others on 24.11.2001. 32A form IS NOT IN Registration papers. what can I do sir.

If I were in your position, I would have met my Lawyer, discussed the matter in detail with documents in hand, and would have taken further legal steps.
