im paying to my wife regulary maintenance every month, now i got to know she married to other person without obtaining divorce from me, so i lodged complaint before SHO and they booked U/s 494, 109 IPC, can you please suggest me in my main MC what is the provision to file the petition in my next hearing attaching the FIR copy and photos in maintenance case to stop the maintenance in lower court.

You can simply file a rejoinder stating the same with whatever evidences that are available to you asking hon judge to cancel the orders of maintenance, that of course is not as easy as said, application under 494 IPC be submitted for which separate trial will take place, depending on outcome of case, court may dismiss her maintenance application or take you into custody if you fail to prove her bigamy upon separate petition by your wife in magistrate court, that you failed to prove your bigamy charges.  Consult able advocate who deals with matrimonial cases..
