    What kinds of questions I can and can't answer?
    The queries related to matrimonial disputes, family law, property law, civil law, criminal law, consumer protection acts, Human rights act, besides few other things, I will be able to answer/suggest/advice correctly to the extent possible.

    experience in Insurance and banking laws for over 15 years or so in other areas, have a reasonable experience of more than 10 years.

    Have published articles on how to prevent embezzlement, misappropriation of funds ad to have an effective control over the financial aspects etc. in the journal published periodically by the CSI Christian Minority Organization;

    Sir, Thanks for your reply about GPA. people at UP Collectorate are harassing about the content of GPA finding out mistakes. We have made the GPA twice from Canada. If there is a standard GPA available it will be helpful.

    Sir FIR was registered against me by my department and same is quashed. Earlier I filed writ petition before high court which was dismissed due to registration of FIR. but now FIR is quashed and circumstances have been changed so I want to know whether I can file against WRIT PETITION

    Re. your answer words exclusive car parking in agreement.no response from builder on bifurcation of 3 lac as other charges.Parking allotment after flat possession and society formation and in a non transparent manner.Refusal by builder to show approved parking plan.Discrimination in allotment.Can we approach consumer forum ?

    I own a small two bedroom apartment in Coimbaotre. Assn has been charging me on flat basis instead of per sq ft basis. I was not aware of the Act hence i continued to pay for about 10 years of which 5 years my apartment was locked and unused. Now i m demanding that I shd be charged only on per sq ft basis and I have not paid maintenance since last one year What are my options in consumer court. What is the usual cost of consumer court laywers for these kind of cases
