Dear Sir/ Madam, I am trying to register a company (10 employees). Basic work will be email marketing, ad posting on different classified site, data mining, data entry, article writing etc. My specific requirements: 1) I want to finish off with the formalities quickly. 2) As of now, I want to start it from my residence. 3) I may hire around 2 to 3 people. 4) I need a bank account in the name of my company. My Questions: 1) Should I go for a proprietorship or a Pvt Ltd. 2) What are the requirement to start a proprietorship or a Pvt Ltd? (I will be starting this in a village location, District-East Midnapur, West Bengal). 3) Can I give few of my office work to home based worker as a contract against some security deposit? 4)Do I have to use Pay slip to pay the salary to my in office or home based worker? Is a order passed by Sub Divisional Magistrate Final ? There is a shed encroached on a public property. We complained to DC and DC forwarded this to AC and instructed to take action according to CrPc procedure. AC along with Survey officers, Land records office, Village accountant visited the spot and learned it was clearly an encroachment and causing nuisance to the public. Hearing was done. The owners failed to produce any documents proving ownership of land encroached. SDM (A.C) has passed orders and instructed the Municipal Commissioner to clear the shed within 15 days of the receipt of the notice. If failed so he would be punished according to the section 188. ----- My Queries : 1) Is this order passed by Sub Divisional Magistrate final ? What level of powers does a SDM has ? 2) Are there any reasons Municipal Commissioner fail to clear the shed on public road ? 3) Can the hut owners appeal against this order ? If so on what grounds can it be done ?

Request your inputs on the same 1.Can someone get divorce after one month of marraiage. 2.If yes what is the duration for spearation. 3.Is there any document call MOU or Deed of Divorce, where both parties can sign (with the mutual consent) and take the divorce. 4.If yes whether above mentioned documents are legally approved, what legal wehitage this docs has? 5.If we go for MOE or DOD, can any party put claims in future on each other?
