    What kinds of questions I can and can't answer?
    The queries related to matrimonial disputes, family law, property law, civil law, criminal law, consumer protection acts, Human rights act, besides few other things, I will be able to answer/suggest/advice correctly to the extent possible.

    I need a advice on following matter of our property. When my elder brother died, we filed a case against my brother's wife for my mother's share. My brother had wife, one daughter and one son We made a compromise and my mother got 25% (1/4th ) share in each and every property of my brother which is self acquired by my Brother After few months we made again compromise and mother got 100% share in 3 properties & 100% to brother's wife and daughter & son in remaining properties This all is done with Court's Order My mother is alive and has 3 legal heirs. Myself & two daughters. My father is passed away few years back Now the problem is my sisters are asking their share in mother's property got from property of my late brother, they are threatening us to go to court- 1. Can my mother sell one of the above said property? (without taking permission of me & daughters) 2. We are building new bungalow for us , can my sisters claim for their share? 3.My sisters want want share in properties and threatening us to go to court for their share 4. In such situation can you advice me what to do ? Can my mother sell, gift properties to me now? Can my mother make a will in favor of me? All properties are on the name of my mother got from my deceased brother as a legal heir Please advice ...

    Sir In filing of a suit, can in the plaint apart from the facts, a fact in issue be put up in a questionnaire form against the defendants? For E.g. A fact is already proved to be against the defendant, but it needs to be highlighted so that they answer to the question specifically in the form of Leading Question, for which the answer be only in form of Yes/No.?

    Sir ,I had asked for opinion criminal section on Feb 11 th 2015 , that can A.Public.Prosecutor file an Application as an Respondent for early hearing to Quash a F.I.R. without the knowledge of second respondent. Kindly give ur suggestion....I'll be oblized.

    dear sir, one case between my father and his brother going on in which the gave GPA to third party .and the third party mentioned in GPA that he got gpa with pocession , but actually he not got gpa with pocession. today after hearing in court they are telling my father is not a son of my grand father . so in this situation what i have to do? already other civil cases are going on since long in that already 1/8 share degree my father got . and final judgment is pending. in between my father brothers did crime by give some on gpa to harrash us. so please advice me what to do now?

    Hello Sir, Please could you help me sir, 1. i want How much minimum property value which we want to file a case in district court? 2. shall file case of some property with one lawyer and in future some more property with another lawer is it prosible? Thanks in advance. sandeep
