    The queries related to matrimonial disputes, family law, property law, civil law, criminal law, consumer protection acts, Human rights act, besides few other things, I will be able to answer/suggest/advice correctly to the extent possible.

    I purchased a product worth 20000/- from a reputable E-commerce website After I received it I realised that the special Power Adapter is not available on their website Since the power adapter is not available in India . I SEARCHED ON COMPANY WEBSITE . Then I asked the company to provide the names of their Seller so that I could purchase it from them.   the Company REFUSING TO PROVIDE THE CONTACT DETAILS OF THE SELLER , power adapter . PRODUCT IS USELESS AS I CANNOT USE IT

    I have an EWS certificate but am concerned about a Property ID discrepancy. Jamabandi shows 250 yards as Gair majrua, but Property ID shows it as residential and unauthorized. Will this create future problems? Also, does 'possession' in EWS criteria mean legal possession only? Would counting informal/illegal possession create dual law application where authorities recognize it as an asset without legal documents?

    sir mere naam par huda ki allotment govt servant quota me hui thi 2015 me uske baad huda ne noc of multiple allotment ki letter 2024 me di hai or allotment abhi tak nahi di ,ab huda wale mujhe 11 % pere annum add kar 32000 rs per sq yards me de rahe hai jabki mujhe plot 13000 rs me allot hua tha , isme delay bhi huda ki taraf se hai ,maine kai baar letter bhi likhe huda ko lekin koi ans nhi diya ,ab mujhe kya karna chahiye pls suggest 9729799719 manish
