When i was in 11th class my age that time was 16 yrs and 8 months i indulged in fight at tution and other guy went to police station with his father and sho called me and my father after inquiring . He let me go with in 30 mins but the constable put my name in register and now its been 10 yrs and no summon or trail or anyone one from police called me . So i want to know if an fir had been lodged against me as i have to undergo character verification for job

dileep says : Filing the 498A case after getting Divorce
Respected Sir, I am facing the problem that my ex-wife got exparte divorce from the court,before getting the divorce she filed a complaint of 498A on me. and the counciling was happened, according to the rule and regulations police reffered the case to the court,and we ask her to come back to join in to the family, but she went to the court and got exparte divorce in 2015 april, after 1 year she forwarded the case of 498A which was filed as the private complaint and the court was endorsed to the mahila police station. So, I am requesting you to give the kind suggestion that, is it possible to have the right to place complaint on me like this to her? please give the solution sir, I am in big trouble.

Learned Sir, Kindly go through the attachment, analyze, guide and oblige as early as possible. As, I consider it was my right to approach the Hon'ble High Court for quashing the case. And in many judgments the Hon'ble Apex Court has also held that when in matrimonial disputes, if both parties are agree to recocile and lead amicably agreed life, then to proceed further trial will surely be futile and shall not be in the interest of justice. The issuing authority perhaps wishes the applicant to go for such a trial about which an Hon'ble High Court of Judicature has already decided that it will be futile and harm the revered institue of marriage and family. Please help and guide with the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India Judgments citing "Payment of Full Wages in Cases of Criminal Proceedings Quashed in the interest of Justice even the Petitioner has spent some time in Judicial Custody. Vinod Kala says : PROPERTY PURCHASES FROM HUF
I am purchasing a property from a HUF and the sale agreement executed This property was purchased by Karta before three month. Now the registry time coming on 3rd July so I ask Karta that at the time of registry all the members have to sign the registry but he denied for this and say that I am the Karta of HUF and I have all right to sale the HUF property and at the time of purchases i am the only party as Karta in registry. After some efforts to understand them they agree for consent letter form family members. Now i am in confusion that is it enough to get consent letter from HUF members or not.
