Me and my brother have 25 acres of land in both of our combine name. In 2008-09 he took kcc(kisan credit card) loan from dena bank in all of 25 acres by forging or without taking my signature. Few years back I came to know about the loan from unofficial source,so I want to take out all the documents from bank before taking some legal action . So will RTI would help me in this or I have to take some other way also please give advice if any.

I am Meenakshi residing at chennai>I had taken a guareenteed savings insurance policy with ICICI prulife.I have paid only the first yeears premium at 2012 and the policy is in dispute.Will i have to forefeit the insurance claim or can the policy come under non forfeiture mode with only the first premium paid.the premium paying term for the policy is seve years with seven years vesting and the maturity is after fourteen years form the date of commencement.Please rply

In my 138 case my accused did not came for bw took bail in Patna , after that judge issued nbw to Patna polish but Patna police did not arrest him but told him to appear in court , so he did on nbw date . On that date judge asked him to pay some fine and cancel nbw . After 3-4 months he did not come for case dates . So judge issued another nbw , so my question is this he will get bail or he will pay fine again . What points should I tell judge to don't give bail to them ?????
