    Sir, My relative met an accident, relative was driving Car while the other person was crossing road, it was about 10.30 PM and was drizzling and the the roads were wet. The person hit the car headon and was seriously injured, police files and Fir in 279/337/338 on which we took a bail, but later the person died and then the police added 304A, would my relative be arrested again? What would be his stand in future? and How is thrd party to be claimed by the decesed party?

    sir i dont want to save the court fee , my intention is that plaintiff pays ad volirum court fee Plaintiff and respondents are brothers and sisters where their father died in the year 1993. plaintiff's name were deleted in the year 1998 of which record is not traceable with the land record officer. plaintiff got married during the life time of their father and sufficient amount has been given to them . plaintiff are residing away from where the disputed property situated. We are respondents in the suit. Accordingly provide me the relevent citation in favor of respondent rgds
