Govind Kumar Chaturvedi: The New Head of Legal at Livspace.

Govind Kumar Chaturvedi has been appointed Head of Legal at Livspace.
A dual-qualified lawyer in India and Canada, Govind holds an LLM from Osgoode Hall Law School and is a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/C). Over more than a decade he has moved across courtrooms, commercial negotiations, intellectual property portfolios and data privacy regimes, building a skillet that sits at the intersection of law and business.

He has appeared before the Supreme Court and High Courts. His commercial work spans technology contracts, SaaS and cloud agreements, procurement, distribution and complex commercial arrangements. He has also advised on privacy compliance under GDPR, PIPEDA and CCPA, and on regulatory matters ranging from legal metrology to data protection.

Govind is the author of Trademark Prosecution and Opposition, published by Bloomsbury, and has written on artificial intelligence and copyright, personality rights, and cross-border data privacy. He joins Livspace after serving as Legal Counsel at Reliance Retail Limited.

At Livspace he will lead the legal function.
