How powerful is 'objection' in the court of law

Hi

How powerful is the word 'objection' to the opponent during the court hearings.

Example: some one scammed me and I filed a court case on them. During the first session, the scammer started saying Mr. Gomes is a drug peddler, pimp, murderer associate and that the court can't believe in my case.

I said 'OBJECTION', 'I haven't filed a case on myself and moreover it has no relevance to the opponent, his crimes on me and the court fraud case that I've filed one me! So please be succinct and precise and answer my complaint only and no other rubbish topics'

What will happen next?

The opponent must listen to me and can't reiterate that this has happened because I'm the bad guy etc. isn't it?

If I'm murderer, is there any law that civilians can murder without getting punished?

Reg

This is a matter of trial of the case.

The court will decide the case after hearing both the sides. hence you may wait for the disposal

Disposal of my case? Never! I'll fight it until I'm 99 years
