Dear Client,
some educated tribal couple may opt for special marriage Act for marriage and also divorce. or THE REST GO FOR POLYGAMY OR POLYANDRY ETC AND DIVORCE ALSO IN A PRIMITIVE WAY. unless a uniform civil code or something like that is enacted by parliament WHICH is in the offing irrespective of religion bringing all different personal laws under one single just and equitable law where there will be no property discrimination as well regarding females in their religion.
