Is pursuing 2 degrees from 2 open universities at a time valid? If yes, then are there any specific rules and regulations of open universities and is it compulsory to take permission from one open university before taking admission in another open university?

For getting admission to any degree course you have to produce original Transfer certificate from the previous institution.
If you want to pursue, simultaneously, two different degrees from two different universities, you have to produce two original Transfer certificate.

Only in the case of regular courses, more than one course cannot be undertaken simultaneously. There is no irregularity in the case of open university courses.

This query can be raised with the university authorities and get clarified instead of getting misguided with some third persons opinions.
