Trace of advocate details

Can we know details of advocate, i mean when he has been registered/came into practice by his name & area where he is practicing through online?

You can filke RTI application in the conerned Bar Council.

You could also verify the matter form the Bar Association where the advocate is practicing.

What for do you want to know the details of an advocate?
Did you engage him/her and s/he did not perform, if yes, ask from State Bar Council where s/he has been enrolled and practicing.
Otherwise, it is third party information barred under the provisions of Section 8 of the Right to Information Act, 2005.
