wrong credit of neft

Entered a/c number wrongly, but ifsc code is right.the amount is credited in to another a/c.which is not belongs the ifsc code.what we entered in system.only a/c no they verified.with out verifying ifsc code and name they credited all the amount.what can I do now?

IFSC code just identifies the bank and its branch and is not linked to any particular account therein but to all the accounts in that branch.

But if the name has not been verified you may have a case. As a first step immediately raise a formal complaint to the bank explaining the situation and asking for a reversal of funds transferred.

Is it linked to particular branch.we entered one branch ifsc code but amount credited in another branch.they have seen only a/c no without verifying name and ifsc code
