Workplace harassment and threatening

Please advice what to do, I have been harassed and threatened by my boss for more than 4 months. Here is the complete story. I used to report to my boss but there is some organisational changes happened 4 months ago and now he is supposed to report to me for some portion of his work. Moment these was this changed he started life threatening and harassing, bulling repeatedly that is making me uncomfortable and putting me under mental pressure. I am in depression now..

I recently reported to my company vice precedent, but my previous boss doesn’t seem to stop still continuing bulling me. Please suggest what legal action can be taken against him. Please suggest asap as I need to reply according on Monday.

Do you have irrefutable evidence e.g. audio/visual/witnesses etc?

Approach your Labor Law Consultant/Service maters lawyer/Law firm, Employee’s Unions/Trade Union’s leaders, with everything that you have on record and let your lawyer help you to draft the reply and also if required a complaint to lodge with lawful authority/Labor commissioner, police etc………………..
