Women rights in property

If any decision given by The Supreme court of INDIA is not justified and is given only looking to the prevailing socio-economic conditions supressing the very rights of any individual.

How one can challange these decisions given by these supreme authority?

can it be challanged in lower courts or there is any means to legally challange these issues ?.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

For example - The women are supressed from the very beginning of the human civilization. They are not getting equal rights but the decisions given are bounding their rights in time frames as recently occured in Women rights in property. the time frame decided was 2005. Are the women not eligible before 2005.

In the second case

The Lower castes (SC and ST) are given rights without any time frames.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Why so ????????????????

It is all theory. When you face the reality, you know the difference. If someone is hauled up by police, he will know what his teacher taught him about law and what we read in Supreme Court judgements.Problem is we are forced to believe what we donot wwant to believe.

But who is riding the ass?

This is a correct judgement by supreme court. This judgement has come after years of discussions and against decisions by lower court. A law or an amendment can't be forced retrospectively

Perfect judgement by highest court.

Since this is directly from Supreme Court, so no-one not even Govt. can challenge this judgement
