women right on parents properly

my father was expired 8 years ago. my mother and brother are enjoying father property. can I get my share in father property? My mother and brother threatening me of dire consequences. please clarify. Hemalatha HYD.

If your father has not left any WILL, then demand your share.

If they do not give, then file a suit for partition.  They will have to give you your share.  There is no other alternative for them.
