One of the most fundamental components of justice is the witness. He is one of the most essential sources of information in the case's investigation. Evidence is the facts and figures presented to support the case. whereas, witnesses, help to furnish this evidence. Proving evidence is mandatory, as without providing evidence one may not win the lawsuit. And yes, witnesses can act as the evidence at certain times.
