Visit a good deed writer or your able lawyer.

They shall draft a valid WILL.

The charges are nominal.

Obtain doctor's medical certificate ( preferably Govt/specialist/medical college) and let your doctor certifiy that he is of sound mind.

Register the WILL, preferably.

Get your name registered as nominee in all Bank a/c's, insurance, shares/mutual funds, flat etc,and obtain nomination registration slip with seal and signature and nomination number recorded on all passbooks/books.

If he is not well act ASAP.

@ atulit,

Pls don't advertise in the threads.

It is against ethics.

You have been rightly guided by Mr. kumar. Registration is preferable but not necessary.
