Hello experts;
I jointly own a property with my wife; myself being the first owner. We want to give this property to 1 of our sons after us. Are there any specific considerations for the will because of the joint ownership? Do we need to mention ownership %age in the will?
Me & my wife intend to create separate wills.

i need you spouse need to prepare will together in favour of your son but you need to mention in WILL why you prefer that son
