Wife says NO after 6 months for Mutual Divorce

Filed for mutual consent divorce with a permament alimony.Paid half amount and an MOU has been submitted to highcourt for quash petitions and the balanace amount will be paid after withdrawal of all the cases and divorce decree. My question is 1.Iam sure that she is not willing for divorce,and suspecting that she may say a NO after 6 months or she will not appear the sessions.Iam roaming around the courts from past 7 yrs What will happen then and how the cases will proceed? First allow the six months period to pass on, if she is not turning up, then think about the next step, dont be so impatient and take decisions in a hurry lest you will land up in trouble by your own trap.

Thanks alot sir,i have enough patience to wait on and am about to complete 6th month even.Just for my information sake i want to know the better/best steps to be taken if she say No.Thanks
