Wife has ruined my life. help me in sending talaqnama.

I am a muslim boy. My wife has filed various false cases like 498a case, maintenance case, domestic violence case and a criminal case against me, my family and relatives. I tried a lot to get her back but failed. Now I want to divorce her. I came to know that by sending talaqnama, the divorse will get complete. So what process do I follow to get it done in a legal way which cannot be challenged? I want to know your expert suggestion on this point.
